We are registered with The Care Inspectorate to provide places for children from the age of 2 years to entry into primary school, they carry out inspections of our setting to ensure we are meeting The Health and Social Care Standards

We are also subject to Education Scotland inspections. Reports are displayed on our foyer notice board

These places are funded from the term after your child’s 3rd birthday. Our partnership status is subject to a comprehensive set of terms and conditions and strict regulation

What our families say...

My daughter started when she turned 2 and loves going 3 afternoons a week! Lovely setting and staff, and it's amazing to see how much she has progressed since starting!

Excellent setting with a large variety of resources for educational and interactive play. Staff are very friendly and played a vital part in settling my 2 year old into sessions.
Would highly recommend xx

Anyone looking for a ELCC place for their child should visit Tweedbank Early Learners. The staff, setting and resources are fantastic. Our daughter has loved her time here.

So today was Elsie's last day! From the moment we stepped foot into "twos time" at early learners I knew Elsie would be nurtured and have lots of fun with all the fab activities! We will genuinely miss this lovely caring place! Thank u for having us! If your debating ur wee one joining - don't- it's fabulous! Thanks so much Ann Marie and team! Keep up the great work Xxx

So I looked back and read the previous review I did in August 2016. Here we are in March 2018, my son will be starting Primary 1 this coming August. With him being our eldest we struggled to know what to do for the best last year as we had no previous experience to draw on. So I write this in the hope it helps others in a similar position this year. Kai has grown into a confident and outgoing little boy. I was astounded by how much he had developed in his first year at Early Learners but am baffled by the difference now he is coming to finish his second (pre-school year). I could not have imagined a better, more nurturing and caring environment for him to learn academic and social skills to prepare him for Primary. Annmarie, Lynn and the team have set the bar extremely high for future teachers. Their attention to individual childrens needs is second to none. I can do nothing but sing their praises and thank them eternally for taking the very best care of my boy
